I know that life can throw us curveballs, and things don’t always go as planned. My goal is to work with you in those moments while still respecting the time and effort it takes to keep my business running smoothly. Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply. If you miss your appointment without any notice, 75% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
